Education and Work Experience: MBA/PGDM From Tier1 or Tier 2 institutes and Corporate Sales, B2B Alliances and fund raising experience of 8-15 yrs in development sector. A go getter with strong sales records and passion towards social development and innovation, with experience in solution sales from IT, wealth management from BFSI, Real Estate industries may also be suitable for the role.

Job Profile:

The primary responsibility of the Fund Raising team will be to build and steward a broad range portfolio of new and existing corporate entities, foundations, high net worth individuals, family offices, public sector organization and other potential candidates who can be prospected for funding socially relevant and beneficial projects. This position will not have any supervisory responsibilities.

An individual must be able to perform each essential duty listed below:

- Create, manage and grow a portfolio of corporate donors, foundations and individuals, maintain strong, ongoing donor relationships that advance the mission of Delivering Change Foundation.

- Build relations with a portfolio of entities as mentioned above, working with appropriate staff.

- Pursue new national and international grant opportunities, consulting and collaborating with other AP Globale verticals

- Provide support to the Delivering Change Foundation programmes team towards new alliances and partnerships with a broad range of NGOs and other potential delivery partners.

- Ensure timely submission of grant proposals, reporting etc.

- Work with the program team to adapt communications for various fundraising audiences

- Understanding of programme delivery, in Health, Education, Livelihoods, domains

Passion for raising funds for the good of the society, and the skills to innovate fund raising effort, as well as structure innovative fund raising deals and schemes, to enhance productivity. Leveraging technology will be a key aspect of the success in this high stakes role.
