Purpose of this role-

Handling the entire recruitment cycle for Junior, Middle, and Senior level positions Across Industries. Source and attract the right candidates by using various databases, internal referrals, professional and other sources. Coordinate with interview panel, schedule interviews and ensure interviews take place as per schedule. Understand company staffing needs and engage in resource planning by working with team leads and senior management.

Responsibilities-

- Assist in designing and developing HR strategy road-map driving key business process transformation initiative

- Implement retention strategies to create engaging workforce

- Developed and Launch Employee Referral Scheme & Applause Program Birthday / Anniversary celebrations, Organized Annual days, Festival contests and Quarterly chill out parties/picnics

- Conceptualize Performance Management System for the group

- Implement & coordinate and complete appraisal system

- Manpower planning, salary negotiations, Exit Interviews, Choosing right medium of hiring (Consultants, Job Portals, References, Newspaper advertisements)

- Consistent interaction with Functional heads to understand their manpower requirement and business critical

- Issue Offer letter, Appointment letter, Transfer letter, Confirmation letter

- Post joining formalities (Welcome kit, Infrastructure/facilities management, e-mail creation, Checking all pre-joining documents, Documentation and employee file creation)

- Identify and develop appropriate Learning & Development programs to facilitate implementation of change management initiatives and career management

Desired Candidate Profile-

- Min 5 years of experience in HR with at least 3 + years in core TA role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Efficient in handling TA related tools like assessments, portals, ERP etc.

- Strong understanding of recruiting or sourcing processes and HR tools

Desired Education-

- MBA - HR from a reputed institute
