About AP Globale:

AP Globale is a privately owned impact driven group, with principal operations in Skilling & Education, Impact Funding, Media, Advisory & Consulting, Community Transformation, Events and Special Projects.

We are venturing into the online matrimony business, initially targeting the Maharashtra market with the vision of taking it to pan India level within next 5 years. To achieve this we are looking for professionals with entrepreneurial spirit and drive to succeed. Immediate action points in this role will be to setup the team and work on the brand launching marketing plan.

Team Size: 2 to 3 members

Job Description:

- Formulate an overall marketing strategy in order to increase the registrations, drive app downloads, maximize revenue, optimize CAC (Customer acquisition cost), improve - profile completion, CSAT, user activity and responses. Performance will be measured against these parameters.

- Responsible for the overall brand guidelines, brand building, brand campaigns by ensuring effective and comprehensive advertising and ATL/BTL promotions.

- Formulate the marketing calendar for the year in terms of the marketing initiatives, branding and promotional activities, events and ensure effective implementation of the calendar.

- Ensure a cost effective media planning, buying, and periodical review to measure media effectiveness

- Review and finalize the creative campaigns, ensure overall campaign quality - content, messaging, call to action, and delivery.

- Ensure campaign results are captured, and used for reporting, analysis and retargeting.

- Develop and deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting dashboards

- Assess the commercial feasibility and finalize the concept and objective of the events, target group details, and finalize various agencies for the purpose of execution of events

- Strategize and execute digital marketing initiatives. Conceptualize and design marketing communication across various mediums: Mailers, Banners, Web pages, Push Notifications, SMS, ASO, SEO, SEM

Requirements:

- MBA - Marketing, 4-7 yrs of relevant experience, preferably in the Matrimony industry. 2+ years of team management experience.

- A self-starter with a flexible attitude, comfortable taking on a high level of responsibility, willing to wear multiple hats and able to work under pressure

- Highly organized and detail-oriented thinker who can juggle multiple, competing priorities

- Strong analytical skills with an understanding of advanced Excel
