About E-sckool:

- A strategic initiative of AP Globale Group, E-sckool is an online ed tech platform focused on delivering premium quality, industry relevant online and offline academic courses.

- We believe in delivering affordable excellence to the students to help them grow, holistically.

- This key position will be responsible for analyzing the job market to identify the course demand. The individual will then accordingly design relevant course delivery framework jointly with the academicians and industry experts. Exposure to Online Business in Ed-tech / Education / Learning / Training will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

- You streamline and align content strategy to the changing needs of business

- Market research to identify the most in demand courses and create industry relevant course outline

- Design content modules including coming up with learning objectives, writing scripts according to well researched guidelines, and designing assessments.

- Perform competitive analysis to deliver the best learning experience to the students.

- Be the interface between faculty (both academic and industry leaders) and student, to make the student's online learning experience more engaging.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 3 yrs of experience in same kind of role preferable in education vertical

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills

- Quickly learn complex concepts and ensure quality of content and overall course experience.

- Smart, curious people who enjoy learning new topics and would love to dive deeper and design content on them

- A good grasp of technology will be an added advantage as you will then be able to appreciate and work on technical content

- Proficient in excel, power point presentation and market research

- Ready to travel both within India and overseas

Desired Education:

MBA from a reputed college preferable

Graduates from Tier 1 engineering colleges (IITs, BITS, NITs)
