Education: Full time master's from Tier 1/Tier 2 B School or any international college

Work Ex: 1-6 years of experience across Compensation and Rewards design, Job Evaluation, Organization Restructuring & Design, HR Consulting, Talent COE projects

Your Role:

You will be a part of our core client facing team and will begin with us as somebody who is able to pull deep insights on organization and talent advisory projects, create compelling presentations and tell our clients stories they cannot forget. We expect to show ownership, accountability, and extreme learning agility. We would love for you to show us depth not only in solution areas but also in your understanding of how client organization function.

- Rewards Strategy Design

- Incentive & Variable Plan Design

- Digital Transformation

- Job Architecture Design

- Performance management

- Scorecard Design

- Competency and Career Management Design

Key Responsibilities:

- Client/Relationship Management:

Fosters long term mutually beneficial relationship between client organizations and Aon. Is seen as a trusted advisor to mid-level client touchpoints. Is able to fulfil client requests in a timely manner and can collaborate with other internal stakeholders to provide an end-to-end solution for client problems.

- Project Delivery and Management:

Leads projects and clients independently. Works on projects of Mid to Large complexity. Focuses on delivering client value on time with zero re-work. Strives to exceed client expectations in terms of quality of output.

- Thought Leadership:

To contribute to thought leadership in the industry sector for India with timely articles, white papers, roundtables, client events. The incumbent will contribute to this through content development, research, marketing events and other such activities.

- Business Development:

Focuses on client sales opportunities across hunting and farming. Understands client requirements, is able to explain to the client the solutions being proposed and customizes basis feedback. Listens to client problems without trying to force fit solutions.

- Pre-Sales Support and Solution Design:

Provides support in building winning commercial proposals for clients. Plays the role of a team member in building out complex advisory solutions as part of the sales cycle. Tailors existing solutions to meet client requirements and where required, co-builds new solutions to meet client requirements where applicable.
