The purpose of this role is to drive business results, boost user acquisition and enhance brand awareness through performance marketing for Aon HR Learning Center Overview : Aon Hewitt Learning Center&nbsp; - Aon Hewitt Learning Center (AHLC) brings together our consulting insights and learning expertise to create highly-specialized courses for HR professionals. - Initiated in 2013, AHLC has emerged is one of the most promising growth areas for Aon due to its core tenets of product thinking, industrialized operating and content engine. - To know more about AHLC offering programs, please visit http://www.aonahlc.com/aon/register.jsp KEY RESPONSIBILTIES : - Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy &amp; execution plan - Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns - Identify and partner effectively with suitable vendors to drive performance marketing for AHLC - Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient Customer Acquisition Cost - Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic &amp; own media channels - Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics. - Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback &amp; present results. - Implement compelling marketing experiences through thought leadership, PR, online communication, events, and collaterals for brand recall - Conceptualizing and curating client events for highlighting and projecting AHLC's key client engagements, initiatives, and other strength areas - Focused regional and global expansion of the business by engaging with key stakeholders and driving the Performance Marketing agenda - Promoting and evolving brand - AHLC- and brand - Aon- by showcasing Aon's leadership in the space of HR capability building and HR consulting EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS : a. Graduates from - A- grade institutes with preferably 6-7 years of work experience in Marketing. b. Post Graduates/ MBA from any Tier-1 and Tier-2 B School with 2-3 years of experience c. Experience in Carving Marketing strategies, campaign management, brand management must. SKILL REQUIREMENTS :&nbsp; - Excellent Communication an interpersonal skills. - Excellent ability to work with vendors to drive performance marketing for AHLC - Hands on experience with Performance Marketing platforms, Social Media and Digital, Marketing, Search Optimization, Copywriting and designing marketing - Has Microsoft Office skills: Intermediate to Advanced Word, PowerPoint and Excel
