The role will be a part of Aon's Performance Rewards and Org Effectiveness India Consulting practice and will be aligned to the Executive Compensation & Org Advisory Vertical. This is a client facing role which involves managing clients, driving business and delivering mid to large size projects in the area of Executive Compensation, Rewards, Incentive Design, Performance Management and OD. Qualification & Experience: - Exposure to Compensation Benchmarking, Job Evaluation, Global Compensation, Incentive design. Organization and Rewards advisory projects. - Strong experience in designing COE projects/initiatives in Compensation and Rewards, Incentive Design, Performance Management, OD will be preferred. - Excellent Communication and client presentation skills; - Should be able to think through problems. - Conceptual clarity of solution. - Excellent analytical ability. Exposure to Statistics/data analytics and Advanced excel is must. - Not looking at random HR Generalists.
