Anviti - Assistant Manager - Finance & Strategy - CA/ICWA (5-8 yrs)
S/he will be responsible for financial & stratergy, Accounts payable, Taxation & Compliance, Banking, MIS, Audit, Collaboration with internal and external partners, Process & System Improvements.
Immediate joiner or the person who can join within 15-20 days will be preferred
Accounts Payable: Scrutinising & verifying of Vendor/Supplier bills and accurate accounting. Verification and accounting of Employee reimbursements. Accounting of fixed assets, maintenance of fixed assets registers. Vendor accounts reconciliations.
Banking: Organising documents and Ensure timely bank payments of vendor bills and reimbursements. Preparation of Bank reconciliation statement on daily basis. Monitor petty cash status and checking of petty cash transactions and statements.
Taxation & Compliance: Preparation & submission of monthly GSTR1 & 3B return, 2A reconciliation (GST), Preparation of GSTR 9. Preparation TDS statements & reconciliation for TDS payments and filing of etds returns. TDS receivable reconciliations. Knowledge of PT, PF, NPS & LWF payments and returns.
MIS: Month Close activities, accounting of accruals, prepayments, depreciation. Assist in preparation Monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements, schedules, working notes, etc.
Audit: Assist in internal, Statutory and Tax audit, year-end closure activities, preparation of financial statements, notes to accounts, schedules, working notes.
Collaboration with internal and external partners: Liaise with internal support teams and external partners like tax consultants, auditors, banks.
Process & System Improvements: Continuously improvisation of monitor accounting system, budgetary control, Digitisation, Tally backup & others. Assist team in developing SOP and Finance process. Ensuring accounting and compliance as per internal control system.
The Ideal candidate should have:
- Work experience: CA or CA Inter (up to 3 years of experience) / semi qualified (5-8 years experience)
Education: MBA/MCOM; CA Inter/ICWA Inter
- Good presentation and analytical skills and hard-working, pro-active
- Experience of working in a start-up environment will be an added advantage

The candidate is expected to be a team player with experience in managing projects, a self-motivator with ability to interact with inter-departmental teams.
