Job description:

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Receive Quotations from vendors & prepare comparative statements to select vendors for procurement.

- Follow up on all orders placed.

- Evaluate vendor's quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical & commercial specifications required for the project.

- Procuring material as per requirements after finalization of rates in accordance with the Management.

- Coordinate to organize the delivery of material to the required location in the stipulated time.

- In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as Planning, issuing, and following up on Purchase orders, Delivery, shipment schedules& preparing reports.

- Responsible for timely clearance of supplier bills. Resolve supply, service & invoicing issues with vendors.

- Vendor Development / Vendor management, Processing vendor's invoices/ Bills after receiving material as per quality norms.

- Maintain database of material with updated prices and technical specifications.

Skills :

- Good experience in purchasing materials for Commercial/Residential Projects.

- Familiarity with construction materials like Cement, RMC, Steel, AAC blocks, gypsum, paint, ply, laminates, doors, Marble, granite & Tiles, Construction Machineries, Electrical items, Decorative Light Fixtures, Plumbing, C.P. Fittings, Sanitary ware, Pumps, amenity space materials, generators, CAPEX items, etc.

- Strong negotiation skills, Communication skills, and Spoken English.

- Should have a working knowledge of rates, vendors, and trends in real estate.

- Dynamic and Self-starter

- Willingness to travel

- Strong Integrity of character

- Negotiations skills

- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, Tally, MSP, and ERP.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications :

Qualification : Graduate/PG in any discipline with 6- 9 years of experience in a relevant field
