Job description:

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Drive Marketing Strategy in consultation with other stakeholders based on target market requirements and competition

- Responsible for creative quality of marketing collateral, including brochures, letters, emails, websites, hoarding, exhibitions.

- Ensure Anuhar brand is built on solid foundations that stands for high quality residences that can be trusted by customers

- Should design marketing campaigns that make a significant impact on the leads and conversion rates

- Should be an extremely hands-on guy focused on results with deadlines in mind.

- Have experience in New Product-Project Launch campaign planning

- Provide regular reports for Sales Director & Managing Director with inputs on performance to take effective decisions

- Should be very numbers oriented with grasp of budgets and ROI.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- MBA / BBA / Design in Marketing / Branding / Advertising from a Good institution

- 12 - 18 years of experience in Branding and Marketing division

- 5 - 10 years should in the Real Estate Companies

- Mandatory Last 3 - 5 years in Top 5 Real estate companies in Hyderabad in leadership roles of Marketing.

Skills:

- Excellent communication and command of English, Hindi & Telugu essential

- Skilled in the use of PPT/Word / Excel
