Position Overview :


Program Manager position is responsible for supporting the essential operation of the MSP Team. This position is responsible for client front ending, vendor appointment, vendor management, RFI/RFQ response, customer care, invoicing, collection and responding to day to day internal and external requests. The position is high on operations and would require of the person to be on top of day to day operations, high level of integrity, maturity and reporting.


Job Duties :


- Manage of team of 5 to 6 specialists.


- Front end the client on all aspects and resolve customer queries within the TAT


- Vendor management, which include vendor identification, on-boarding, de-boarding


- Respond with maturity to client and vendor queries.


- Vendor and Candidate Onboarding including initiating background checks and drug test


- Update Taleo (Applicant Tracking System) including but not limited to jobs, users and candidate profiles


- Create requisitions and purchase orders in sPro (PeopleSoft)


- Provide support to the business/vendors regarding Purchase Orders


- Create and update Statement of Work


- Run various reports


- Understands requests from end users to troubleshoot issues, provides guidance, responds to inquiries


- Coordinates interviews with the hiring manager.


- Follow-up with the hiring manager on interview results.


Requirements :


- Must possess excellent communication skills with the ability to exchange and interface effectively with executive team, employees and customers


- Excellent organizational skills - ability to anticipate and prioritize daily workflow to effectively meet deadlines


- Ability to tolerate peak workloads, multiple assignments, and produce results with accuracy and reliability


- Ability to demonstrate a calm demeanor and retain composure in a dynamic work environment


- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision.


- Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with a burning desire to contribute to the organization's reputation and success
