Director - US IT Recruitment

A) Provide strong leadership and direction to the US IT Recruitment team.

B) Proven business connections, ability to bring in Direct Clients (we don't work for SIs, Vendors)

C) In-depth knowledge on compliance, processes pertaining to the US market

D) Ability to guide the team and hold P&L responsibility

E) Cultivate strong relationships with the company's Account and Delivery Managers to ensure successful placements.

F) Fills senior-level positions in e-business and IT fields, as well as positions in operations and management

G) Extensive experience on ATS tools, and management reporting.

H) Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications :

A) Bachelor's/Master's degree in Any field. 15+ years of recruiting experience required.

B) Experience (and ideally a strong network in IT industry) having recruited Senior talent, both individual contributors and leaders

C) Experience in designing sourcing strategies, assessment processes, and improving areas of TA with a holistic approach (attraction, selection, hire, onboarding, and retention)

D) Strong relationship management skills with a proven track record of building trust and credibility with both candidates and senior leaders

E) Day to day usage of talent acquisition data to solve problems, provide reporting, actionable insights, and build solutions.

F) To be comfortable multi-tasking and managing multiple priorities simultaneously

G) Fluency in written and spoken English.

H) Should be well verse of US tax terms like C2C, W2. Will need to travel to Pune and Lucknow regularly

K) Should be able to think out of box and able to deliver the high performance.
