Location- Kolkata

We are looking for Operations Manager to plan, direct and coordinate all organizations operations.

Role:

- Working on organizational initiatives towards growth and improvements of different functions or departments.

- Understand initiatives & deliverables and work with departments to ensure smooth operations.

- You will be responsible for leading projects/ day-to-day operations and be owning their outcomes from start to finish.

- Your responsibilities towards functions- Finance, HR and Admin, IT, Org related projects.

- Manage and oversee budgets and forecasts of organization's financial performance. Day to Day accounts processing and reconciliation, Payroll and other compliance related activities.

- Accountable for HR deliverable that includes Hiring, HR Operations and Strategy, Employee Relations, Policies and Procedures.
