With strong product-market fit and a robust execution team, were entering a critical growth phase and seeking a Web3 Fundraising Lead in Dubai to drive capital strategy and execution across our high-potential ventures.

Role Overview

This is a senior leadership role, reporting directly to the Founder & CEO. Were looking for a seasoned dealmaker with deep Web3 capital markets experience and a strong network in Dubai. You will lead token and equity fundraising, structure strategic investment rounds, and own investor relationships end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

1. Fundraising Strategy & Execution

- Design and lead token and equity fundraising strategies across multiple ventures.

- Define capital targets, investor segments, and full execution roadmaps.

- Manage outreach, pitch delivery, investor communication, due diligence, and closure.

2. Investor & Ecosystem Engagement

- Build and expand investor relationships across Dubai: VCs, crypto funds, DAOs, angels, and strategic partners.

- Represent Antier & Neev Labs at regional investor forums, events, and conferences.

- Lead high-impact storytelling and positioning of products in gaming and infrastructure.

3. Tokenomics & Capital Modeling

- Partner with product and strategy teams to design sustainable token economies.

- Ensure alignment of token mechanics with product vision and long-term value creation.

4. Reporting & Stakeholder Communication

- Track fundraising KPIs, investor feedback, and deal flow.

- Ensure fundraising strategy is fully aligned with business goals and timelines.

What Were Looking For

Required

- Proven track record of raising $5M+ via ICOs, IDOs, seed, or Series A rounds.

- Strong network across Dubai/MENA crypto investors (VCs, angels, funds, DAOs).

- 5+ years of experience in Web3, blockchain, crypto gaming, or fintech.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and execution skills.

- Deep knowledge of tokenomics, investment structuring, and compliance.

Preferred

- Experience in AAA Web3 gaming, Layer 2 infrastructure, or DeFi platforms.

- Prior role as founder, finance lead, or operator in a Web3 startup.

- Regional investor exposure across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and GCC markets.
