- We use these programs to source & invest in innovative start-ups, and provide them with business scaling opportunities, access to smart capital, infrastructural support, industry connections and expertise. Startups in each cohort benefit from these interventions, designed to help them gain rapid market access and access to real customers over a span of a 6-12 month program.

- The Scaling division of Anthill is looking for a Program Operations Leader for all its programs. The role would be based out of Hyderabad/Bangalore and expects candidates with smart leadership potential and a drive to make things happen to apply immediately. Profile Summary :

- We are looking for a Program Operations Leader for all programs to join our highly skilled team. As an ideal candidate, one should have proven mid-senior management experience in a highly dynamic setting. Your organizational, communication, and leadership skills are second to none and you enjoy developing solutions that push innovative boundaries.

Indicative Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with executive-level management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans

- Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental and inter-program collaboration

- Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity

- Work with all programs managers in the development of financial and budgetary plans

- Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary

- Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives

- Build and maintain relationships with all department heads, external partners, program leads and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals

- Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of all program operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks

- Devise strategies to ensure growth of programs enterprise-wide, identifying and implementing process improvements that will maximize output and minimize costs

- Uphold organization policies and standards, ensuring legislative regulations are followed

- Work closely with human resources to lead team with integrity and establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment

Requirements :

- Bachelor's/PG degree in business administration or related field

- 7+ years mid-senior leadership role in driving multiple startup programs / initiatives

- Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, and team/people management

- Proven ability to plan and manage operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity

- Ability to streamline and implement new structures and roles that create speed, efficiency, and support rapidly shifting business demands

- Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guidelines
