As Antara Assisted Care Services continues to scale and grow into new geographies, explore innovative methods of healthcare delivery, we are looking to hire exceptionally motivated and talented professionals to join our team.

As AGM Sales for Antara Assisted Care Services, you will have comprehensive ownership for the Hospital Channel for Antara Assisted Care business - Antara Care Homes (CH) & Care at Home (CAH).

Our businesses are growing at a rapid pace and we have established relationships with some renowned hospitals in Delhi NCR and are looking to expand this segment to support our overall business goals.

Key responsibilities:

- Design appropriate go-to-market strategy for Hospitals

- Manage sales team which includes BDM, Key Account Managers & Sales Counsellors.

- Tie-up with new hospitals in Delhi/NCR

- Generate business from new & existing clients (Hospitals)

- Manage the relationship of the hospital with the doctors and admin teams.

- Leverage relationship with doctors / clinical staff for different services / offerings provided by Antara.

- Put in place execution plans to support revenue for CH & CAH businesses

- Set, monitor, and report on outcomes.

- Identify opportunities to tap in to new / potential segments in hospital.

- Drive business through a team of KAM (Key Account Manager) and/or Counsellor deployed for the respective hospital.

- Develop Antara as the preferred brand in the mind recall of Doctors and clinical staff for patient offerings

- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives

The role reports in to Head Sales.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Experience 10+ Years in Hospital Channel sales

2. Experience across Hospital / Medical Equipment / Pharma industry

3. Team management experience
