Sr. Business Manager B2C Revenue & Marketing Responsibilities: - Understanding client's eCommerce goals & our deliverables, and deliver success on the agreed KPIs - Timely & quality communication to engage and update clients - Contribute ideas to grow the client's eCommerce business proactively - Manage & drive performance of a team of Business Associates - Coordinate with and be an internal client to the functions viz. Product, Fulfillment, and Marketing. - Prepare and drive monthly, weekly, daily client interactions (meetings/calls) ; status reporting & reviews, insights, and escalation resolution Requirements: - 3+ years of experience, and demonstrated success in eCommerce (on brand/platform side or on agency/solutions provider side) - Experience in Performance Marketing - Have exposure to managing 5+ clients and have managed team of 1+ - Superior planning and organizational skills, ability to lead projects & work with cross-functional teams - Graduate Degree / Diploma in Business Administration / Finance / Analytics / Advertising - Solid work-ethic; Results-driven, detail-oriented, structured informal communications, and a good presenter with a Professional & positive approach.
