Job Responsibilities:

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements

- Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration

- Help design, document and maintain system processes and Project requirements

- Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team

- Communicate key insights and findings to product team

- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer

- Preparing technical Proposals.

- Coordinating with the technical team and assist the sales team for project estimation.

- Coordinating with the technical team for project kick off.

- Participation in technical demo with customers.

- Customer Research - For Cross / Up Selling.

- Tracking all the active projects in the organization.

- Tracking all the proposals and ensuring that the proposals and submitted on agreed timeline.

- Interest in learning new technologies and not confined to a specific technology.

- Competitors review, research and analysis.

- Product review and research

Special Knowledge/Skills/Abilities required:

- Min 8 - 10 years of experience in IT industry

- Graduate in any discipline. MBA in IT preferred.

- Knowledge of estimation techniques should be an added advantage.

- Should have a good technical background and desire to learn new technologies.

- Excellent Communication
