Location : Chennai, India

Your typical day might include the following :

- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

- Building credible and long-lasting relationships with new prospects and existing clients for recurring business.

- Prioritize between long and short term challenges, problems and opportunities based on the business rationale to drive product priorities jointly with product line management.

- Initiating and coordinating the development of action plans to penetrate international markets, effectively search international sales leads and prospects.

- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities.

- Constantly converse with high net worth prospects and convert them into our customers by assisting them with getting acquainted with the benefits of the product and removing all the hurdles during the onboarding process.

- Providing timely feedback to senior management regarding international sales performance.

- Continuously reviewing the action items/targets of self and the team and course-correcting whenever required.

- Maintaining high team morale. Motivating the team to give their best.

- Mentor junior team members; assisting the team; establishing the harmony.

This job might be for you if you have :

- 7 to 10yrs of Strong experience in Business Development and SaaS Enterprise Sales.

- Proven sales track record and experience in high-volume customer interaction.

- Ability to compile and analyze search data and metrics and make decisions regarding campaign direction.

- Strong experience in the sales process and be familiar with using CRM and lead generation tools

- Experience in up-selling, cross-selling & other phone selling techniques

- Strong experience in the US Market.

- Ability to ramp up quickly on new technologies; Self-directed and operates with urgency, focus, and discipline. Hard negotiation and convincing skills

- Strategic thinking and thought leadership, and leading initiatives through implementation

- Good knowledge of English (written and oral) and good communication skills with good interpersonal skills.
