JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1. Develop and provide reporting daily / weekly / monthly reporting on the health of SEO

2. Develop strategies to continue growth

3. Technical monitoring of site architecture, webmaster tool errors and crawl issues. Research and find resolution to the technical problems and getting them implemented with the help of development team

4. Maintaining the SEO health of the site across geographies by implementing proven and best practices for International SEO

5. Maintain the website blog on word press for improving overall SEO traffic on the website

6. Perform keyword ranking and gap analyses, identify seasonal trends

7. Drive recommendations and implementation of metadata and descriptions

8. Implement a back linking strategy to grow domain authority

9. Coordinate internal communication of SEO best practices

10. Analyzing keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors

QUALIFICATIONS :

- B. Tech from premier institute

- MBA will be an added advantage

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES :

1. Team player with strong technical skills

2. Strong verbal and written communication skills

3. Comfortable working with multiple teams

4. Expert knowledge of both past and present SEO best practices, resources and industry tools

5. Knowledge of Ecommerce SEO along with overall digital marketing.

6. Highly skilled in developing effective Technical SEO strategy, prioritizing SEO initiatives, and executing on planned SEO tactics

7. Creative, open minded, willingness to learn and experiment, while not afraid to voice opinions

8. Demonstrated experience leading SEO process for large websites

9. Familiarity with Google webmaster tools and other such tools

10. Experience with Omniture / Google Analytics
