Anchor Manager - Supply Chain Finance - BFSI (8-15 yrs)
Anchor Manager - Supply Chain Finance (Multiple Location)
Anchor/ Product Manager : To build sustainable business through Alliances and Partnerships
Anchor Development and Management :
1. Build Alliances which entails empanelling Anchors across categories for partnerships independently as well as with inputs from Sales team (ZH and RM)
2. Responsible for designing and executing partnership programs and products with Partners
3. Study competitor and do product benchmarking with empanelled anchors
4. Complete Anchor relationship management
5. Design communication for onboarded Anchor ecosystem and ensure its dissemination to ecosystem constituents
6. Develop and implement engagement strategies (physical meetings, vendor meets, webinars, etc) with Anchor and its ecosystem constituents in coordination with Sales team
Business and portfolio quality :
1. Increase share of business with empanelled Anchors in coordination with Sales team
2. Partial sales target in coordination with Sales Team (driving synergy)
3. Monitor portfolio performance for the Anchor & its eco-system
4. Monitor any significant development with Anchors and its eco-system which may risk the portfolio and accordingly suggest mitigant steps
5. Ensure active support from the Anchor for recovery in any delinquency in its ecosystem portfolio
