Technology Hiring (Contractual role for immediate closure)

We are looking for a deadline-focused technical recruiter to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists to fill tech positions. The technical recruiter's responsibilities include all aspects of hiring, from meeting with hiring managers to write job descriptions to offer job positions to the most suitable candidates. You should be focused, hard-working, and able to meet deadlines to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

Key responsibilities:

- Carry out various stages in the recruitment cycle: Interviewing, Fitment, Negotiations, On-Boarding, Induction & Joining

- Validation of profiles from internal and external sources and conducting HR interviews.

- Proactively liaising and consulting with business stakeholders to understand the changing needs of the business and to determine and act upon clients changing priorities.

- Working collaboratively with HR Colleagues and Management, to develop and implement innovative programs, processes and solutions that support the achievement of business objectives

- Supporting & facilitating the Performance Management / Talent Management agenda

- Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.

- Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.

- Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.

- Performing background and reference checks.

- Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.

Required Skills:

- A good understanding of technology and technical skills.

- Experience in recruitment processes and platforms.

- Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.

Preferred Profile: Candidates who can join immediately or within 1 week.

- Work from Office (office is located in HSR Layout, Bangalore)
