Manager/Senior Manager - Strategy and Business Marketing


Business Strategy and Marketing Manager (Mumbai)


This position drives strategy, marketing for mandate projects in Navi Mumbai + KDMC and is at the center point of ANAROCKs sales, Developers Marketing and sales and Group strategy.

This position focuses on :

1. Driving product, pricing, communication, value propositions and goto market strategy along with ANAROCK sales team and Developers team to ensure delivery of targets.

2. Winning accounts with necessary market + Customer intelligence, strategy and marketing along with Sales team to win accounts along with ANAROCKs Sales team.

3. Collaboration with multiple teams to Create appropriate reports and presentations that aid decision making and execution for sales

4. Monitoring mandate profitability, processes, tech compliance, performance to ensure successful delivery and intelligence from the mandate.

5. Integration of Value Added Services in terms of ANAROCK Creative agency, Digital Agency, Tech Suite, Post Sales for integrated solution and larger accountability in delivery

Key Traits : Overall experience of 6+ years of Proven delivery in strategy and marketing with a Real estate developer and / or strategic partner background.


Educational Qualification :

- MBA PG (Top B Schools only)

- Excellent communication, team, networking, and collaboration skills to work across cross teams.

- Analytics and Program Management experience with progressive and process driven organisations.

- Implement Go-to- market strategies for launches/sustenance

- Strong believer and ambassador of technology to build necessary processes, review numbers in ensuring tracking and bringing in sales
