Job Responsibility : - Deliver training programs to all Anarock verticals in West - Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad. - On-site skill observation, relevant training to be delivered on project sites - To provide on-field hand holding &amp; coaching support on skills - To create content on domain &amp; skills - Closely work with regional sales heads on sales effectiveness thru training interventions - Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) thru field observation - Measure program effectiveness thru agent productivity &amp; create a Plan of Action for support. - Liaison with local training agencies for relevant training programs. - Roll out monthly &amp; quarterly training calendars. - Regular travel required to micro-markets in all locations including outstation travel &amp; Pune location. Desired candidate profile : - Min 5-8 years of Experience as Sales Trainer or Similar Role. - Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in person activities and Web based learnings. - Excellent organization skill. - Solid communication and Presentation abilities.
