We are looking for a candidate for our Learning &amp; Development team for India-West team who will be performing below roles and responsibilities - Deliver training programs to all Anarock verticals in West Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad. - On-site skill observation, relevant training to be delivered on project sites - To provide on-field hand holding &amp; coaching support on skills - To create content on domain &amp; skills - Closely work with regional sales heads on sales effectiveness through training interventions - Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) thru field observation - Measure program effectiveness thru agent productivity &amp; create a Plan of Action for support - Liaison with local training agencies for relevant training programs - Roll out monthly &amp; quarterly training calendars - Regular travel required to micro-markets in all locations including outstation travel &amp; Pune location
