Operating Framework :
As a group, ANAROCK has expanded its mandate operations into western region second home, plots, villas, farm houses and more across popular weekend destinations such as Alibaug, Igatpuri, manor, Lonavala, Panchgani, Goa and more
1. The person will be responsible to build supply from developers in terms of villas, plots, farm land, row houses under BAU format.
2. The responsibility includes BD, Sales and distribution, P&L management, building team etc.
3. The role holder to build HNI network to drive high ticket transactions
4. Markets:
a. Konkan Coastal Line - Alibaug, Kashed, Murud, Dapoli etc.
b. Sahyadri Hills - Lonavala, Khandala, Kamshet, Talegaon, Igatpuri, Karjat, Pali, Panchgani, Mahabaleshwar
c. Western belt - Palghar, Manor and more
d. Goa
- 12 to 15 years of experience in Real estate and selling HNI BAU format.
- Experience in doing transaction beyond 8 crs plus in plotted development and luxury second home format.
- Should have worked in mentioned markets.
- Strong one on one HNI connect (domestic and international)
