Anarock - Enterprise Growth Manager (7-10 yrs)

ANAROCK recently acquired a PropTech company- ApnaComplex. ApnaComplex is one of India's largest and fastest-growing PropTech disruptors within the Society & Apartment Management business. The SaaS based B2C platform is headquartered out of India's tech start-up hub, Bangalore, with branches in 6 other cities. It currently empowers 3,600 Societies, managing over 5.50 Lakh Households in over 80 Indian cities to effortless manage all aspects of running large complexes seamlessly. The organization was also amongst the top ten solutions launched at the Product Launch pad at the NASSCOM Product Conclave in 2010.

Experience :

- 7-10 years of B2B and Enterprise Sales / BD experience. Mix of B2B and B2C sales experience will also be a good mix.

- Prefer to have candidates who have worked in Real Estate B2B BD / handled the developer spectrum for property management BD, FM BD, hospitality, enterprise sales of tech products, etc.

#Not considering - Residential brokers in active sales roles.

Candidate profile :

- Female candidates and those with defence services preferred

- Educational background : Graduates / Post graduates / MBA - Tier 2&3 / Engineering with a tech background would be preferred.

Core KRAs :

1. Acquire new to market / self managed apartment communities, residential clusters as well as households by targeting the real estate developer ecosystem in line with rolled out targeted number of households and monetized revenue value.

2. Be the SPOC / Client Relationship owner for the City/ Territory in terms of B2B and enterprise clients.

3. Self drive revenues and ensure collections for the assigned territory and key accounts.

4. Lead, intensive follow-up and closure of all leads mapped through ANAROCK relationships.

5. Manage the B2C on-ground society sales team effectively in order for them to produce the targeted number of available societies and households in the open market. Scope of such team would be limited to 2-3 per city.

6. Ensure monitoring of B2C on-ground Society & Household acquisition team in order for them to reach household and revenue targets.


- Revenue targets, households acquired, Invoicing and Collections.

- No of pipeline leads, WIP discussions, Demos and Closures (both B2B & B2C)

- Lead, monitor and administer operations of the B2C Society team

Support provided

- Knowledge transfer and training of the ApnaComplex Core platform proposition, usage and features.

- Once market mapping is established, existing relationships will be leveraged to open doors / make introductions.

- Support on all collaterals and application demos through central developer solutions team.

- Flexibility on up-country territory allocation for closures wherever possible.
