Spearhead the business analysis function of the branch and assist the city head in revenue and collection related activities encompassing following responsibilities:
1. Be a repository for all business data of the city and assist city head in meaningfully analysing the data and bring out value adds to the business.
2. Track and monitor WIP of the business, compare to plan and support the city lead in driving business goals for the city.
3. Track and monitor revenue commitments for the month and assist the city lead in competing the same.
4. Ensure technology adoption for business MIS across all teams.
5. Track and monitor accounts receivable of the business, assist city lead in reconciling the accounts with clients.
6. Providing key insights to the city lead at a project level and assisting to chart out business strategy plans
7. Track and monitor business agreements and assist the city lead in ensuring operational aspects to revenue are taken care of in a timely manner.
8. Review all business contracts to ensure they are in sync with agreed commercial terms.
9. Prepare business plans for the city including rolling forecasts and assist city lead in preparing for management reviews.
10. Be the SPOC for all finance / legal and other operational backend requirements for city.
