About the Company:

They are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead their financial strategy and operations, ensuring sustainable growth and strong financial governance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and oversee the entire finance function, including accounts, budgets, audits, taxation, treasury, compliance, and commercial contracts.

- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements in line with applicable standards

- Develop and implement robust financial strategies, controls, and risk management frameworks.

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to drive profitability and efficiency.

- Manage banking relationships, investor relations, and funding strategies to support business growth.

- Ensure regulatory compliance with all applicable financial, legal, and tax requirements.

- Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations for improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.

- Optimize working capital management and oversee treasury operations.

- Negotiate and manage commercial contracts to safeguard the company's financial interests.

- Provide strategic insights and support to the leadership team for business decision-making.

Key Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant (CA)

- 15-20 years of experience in finance leadership roles within mid-sized companies in the manufacturing and engineering domains.

- Proven expertise in managing the entire financial function, including strategic financial planning, compliance, investor relations, and treasury.

- Experience in working with an entrepreneurial setup, with the ability to build processes and drive financial discipline.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive financial performance.

- Chartered Accountant (CA)

- Excellent communication and inter personnel skills

- Any IPO experience will be a plus

- Preferably based out of Pune or willing to relocate
