Roles and Responsibilities :
- Should be well versed with SEBI Rules and regulations.
- Preparing and vetting of various legal documents and agreements.
- Will be responsible to draft agreements, legal drafting and replies to the various show cause notices and related.
- Should be fluent in local language(read, write and speak) and will be responsible to attend queries of the local authorities, court related matters.
Technical Skills :
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Marathi and English.
- Interpersonal skills and tha ability to work with people at all levels.

- Team player, hardworking with strong administrative skills and an aptitude for using IT software.
