Analytics Role - Scorecards & Modeling - BFSI

Urgent hiring for one of Leading Indian Bank

Job Description :

- The candidate will be part of the Modelling team in Banking and will primarily be responsible for leading the developing and implementation of scorecard models using ML/statistical algorithms.

The candidate is required to

- Develop predictive models using latest machine learning / statistical methods

- Validation/recalibration of current scorecards & models

- Lead the end-to-end development and implementation of all application/behavior scorecards for Retail and/or Cards and/or SME or others

- Stakeholder relationship management & control aspects of analytical project delivery for scorecards

- Candidate should have an expansive mindset with focus on scalability, process & knowledge management

Key Result Areas:

- Develop, deliver & implement high quality statistical / machine learning models that use latest methods & algorithm for business value

- Ensure flawless delivery of projects on time

- KM, Modelling Process Setup, Standardization, documentation & scalability

- Tracking, Early warning and improvements
