Analytics Role - Retail Lending

- Designing offers for customers by evaluating their credit worthiness -using proprietary risk scorecards, customer transaction data and external data sources

- Design experiments to create champion v/s challenger segments- as per different customer segments

- Management of programs/products best suited for different customer segments- manage customer level exposure

- Implement risk management strategies while also driving business growth- manage portfolio performance and risk regularly

- Design sales team incentive strategies/ scorecards to ensure business growth and performance

- Create reports and dashboards on portfolio performance for consumption of senior leadership team
