Analytics Role - Retail Banking (3-5 yrs)
Analytics - Retail Banking - Mumbai
1) Incumbents work with large and complex data sets (both internal and external data) to evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of business strategies
2) Compiles data sets using a variety of tools (e.g. SQL, Access, Excel, Hadoop, R) to help build explanatory analysis
3) Responsible for monitoring portfolio & identifying key matrices & publish to business stakeholders. Candidate will also be responsible for identifying acquisition strategies & cross sell strategies by working on bank's transactional data as well as external data like bureau or third party
4) Strong understanding of statistical techniques like scorecard building, segmentation, cluster modelling using R programming
5) Continuous engagement with business stakeholders
1) Provide analytic thought leadership
2) Manage project planning effectively
3) In-depth understanding of the various financial service business models, expert knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and how to apply the techniques to drive substantial business results
