Analytics Role - Retail Assets - Bank (10-15 yrs)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-

Prier experience into Analytics role in Retail Assets portfolio

Strategic/ Managerial Responsibilities Leverage analytics to drive insights for optimizing credit line/ Pricing/ Channel mix for consumer lending portfolio and/or liabilities portfolio/ products

Core Responsibilities: Ability to understand complex business problems, end to end hands on experience in analytics- including collecting, pulling and preparing data, building statistical models using SAS, R and Python or other statistical tools and generating insights to synthesize a complete, cohesive picture

- Risk and Internal Control Responsibilities: Knowledge of credit risk and statistical modeling

KEY INTERACTIONS

- Key Internal Interactions Purpose of Interaction

- Business Banking Product & Sales team. Create eligibility and monitoring framework for cross-sell, Portfolio deepening and attrition control solutions

- Business Banking Risk Team Tracking delinquency trends, enabling risk/policy team to take corrective measures. Developing application scores & behavioral scores

- Analytics Sound knowledge of various models and analytical approaches

- Business Banking CAD Team Working closely with operations & account opening teams

- Operational Risk and Legal Team Ensuring all frameworks are within the ambit of legal & compliance frameworks

Key External Interactions Purpose of Interaction

- Bureaus [CIBIL/Experian] Working closely with Bureaus to develop & enhance risk tracking mechanisms, Industry reports, Policy enablements

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

- Minimum Qualifications Post Graduate or equivalent, Specific knowledge of Economic/Statistics models preferred

- Professional Certifications Technical knowledge of Data management tools MUST ( SQL/SAS/R/Python). Knowledge of Visualisation tools (Cognos/BO/Tableau/Excel) added advantage
