Analytics Role - Decision Support System - Banking Domain

Skills Required:

- Minimum 4+ years of successful track record of leading technology (functional) projects with aggressive timelines across the organization

- Experience on Vendor Decisioning or Analytics product(s) is preferred. E.g. Experian Connect+, SMg3, SAS Decision Manager, SAS Viya, Base SAS, Pega RTDM, Powercurve etc.

- Experience on Cloud, Digital Technology and Cognitive/AI platforms will be an added advantage

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, presentation and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem solving skills, adaptability to change and changing work priorities and ability to drive results

- Ability to work under pressure and achieve agreed deadlines; work on multiple items concurrently where required. Ability to operate well across cultures and in multi-cultural diverse work environments

- Knowledge of Risk Underwriting processes or exposure to process design, re-engineering and managing change

- Exposure to Banking Analytics or equivalent experience in Business, Finance or related field

- Bachelors/Masters degree in any of the discipline like Computer Science, IT, Operations Research, Economics, Mathematics from a reputed university or MCA from a reputed university
