Role directly reports to :: Chief Manager - Customer Centricity Essential Qualifications :: B.Tech/B.A/BCom with MBA in marketing (preferred) - Minimum 02 years of experience in an analytics profile (inducing predictive and text analytics) with hands on knowledge of all aspects of quantitative data analysis - Superior communication skills - Ability to manage multiple and diverse stakeholders - Excellent command over advanced excel and PowerPoint skills. Strong ability to handle large and complex data with ease and represent them through high quality reports and dashboards Key Roles/Responsibilities: - Take the lead in ensuring smooth end to end implementation and sustenance of the customer experience model at PPS - Roll out surveys to the client organization and internal stakeholders - Synthesize and communicate the survey findings and analyse survey results into actionable insights - Provide recommendations to the Site Leadership Teams basis client satisfaction scores and verbatim feedback analysis - Preparation of world-class presentations and reports for client visits - Creating culture of Customer Centricity
