Analytics Role - Credit Card Segment - Bank

Job description :

- This role will be a key part of central Analytics team which is responsible for all Analytics led initiatives and delivery for Credit Cards Portfolio Management, Sales, Spends, X-Sell, Dashboards, Risk Support.

- Leverage analytics to drive insights for optimizing credit line /spends /promotions /Pricing /Channel mix /risk /X-Sell /Bases for cards portfolio/products.

- Lead the Credit Cards Analytics team of 8-10 members and take end to end ownership

- Ability to create a big picture, independently ideate and present to business owners.

- Ability to understand complex business problems, end to end hands on exposure to analytics- including collecting, pulling and preparing data, building statistical models using Python or R (preferably) or SAS & other statistical tools and generating insights to synthesize a complete, cohesive picture.

- End to end interfacing with key business line managers/owners and owning the complete analytics value chain business, hypothesis, development, delivery, tracking and dissemination to team

- Impact in product design, x-sell penetration, risk benchmarks, L2L KPIs. New ideas, models, initiatives
