Analytic Project Execution :

- Own and deliver consistently on multiple and complex analytic projects. This would require an understanding of business context and the ability to formulate and execute analytic approaches to address the business situation.

- Business Knowledge : Develop an understanding of the domain/function. Proactively seek out best practices and adopt the same in day to day functioning. Proactively seek out best practices and adopt the same in day to day functioning.

- Manage business process (es) in the work area. The individual is expected to develop domain expertise in his/her work area.

- Communication : Effectively communicate strategic considerations with team, partners and senior management

- Ability to manage & develop analytic solutions to deliver on complex projects

Exposure to Financial Services :

- 2-8 Years of Analytical Experience

Analytical Skills :

- Big Data/HADOOP - HIVE/PIG, Java and Spark/Scala

- Text Analytics : Ability to synthesize unstructured data and find actionable themes/insights

- Expertise in Python/R

- Understanding of statistical and modeling techniques

- Exposure to Machine Learning Algorithms, Pattern Mining/Detection
