My Client is operating out of Mumbai and have been successful in building creative business data solutions for Pharma and Financial service clients, based out of US and India. They are expanding and looking for you.

Role: Analytics Manager(Credit Risk Modelling)

Are You:

A strategic thinker who is extremely analytical and detail oriented and great at multitasking and prioritizing, as well -

A Manager, who will take end to end ownership of data analytics requirements for the client; manage and train the supporting team; suggest changes as and when required and come up with solutions to support our analytical frameworks -

If you are, then, you must:

- Have 5+ years of Data Science experience;

- Have Led multiple projects and have extensive experience in Model Development, Validation, LDP Modeling, Scorecard Development, Economic capital modeling.

- Have Developed Credit portfolio models, performing stress testing for Corporate Portfolio & computing risk using Monte Carlo methodologies/back testing.

- Have Worked well under pressure; can work within stringent timelines and to collaborate across departments to achieve results.

- Be a self-starter, be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, own deliverable's end to end, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment.

- Be a true problem solver with outstanding skills in discovery techniques and the proven ability to translate the underlying business needs of requests into actionable items.

- Partner closely with business and technical teams of clients to understand their project objectives and provide data-driven solutions and recommendations

- Coordinate with business planners and the senior team to translate business questions into verifiable data models and hypothesis

- Work hands-on on various analytics problems and provide thought leadership on problems that we are working on and ensure solutions are scalable, repeatable, efficient, and effective

- Have the Ability to model the reality of business into equations, and to understand the implications and limitations of a model.

- Have good programming skills (ideally Python or R)

- Have Strong experience in data processing (e.g. data mining, social network analysis, text mining). Practice with database access (SQL; optionally Pig and Hive), including NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB, CouchDB, JSON files).

- Practice with data visualization (eg. Matplotlib, plot.ly, C3.js, Dataiku, Tableau, Highcharts, etc.)

- Professional experience in machine learning applied to business is a plus

- Appreciated practice with tools like git, Kafka, Redis, Riak, etc.

- Autonomy, curiosity and innovation capability

If You are:

- Based out of Mumbai or willing to relocate and can join in under 4-6 weeks

- Have hands on experience in Analytics, PD/LGD/EAD Modelling, Credit Risk, Model Validation, Regulatory Reporting, RWA Calculation, CCAR, VAR
