Analytics & Information Management Role - KPO (10-15 yrs)
Expertise Required:
10 + years of professional experience in Consumer banking Analytics. The candidate is expected to lead a team of ~15-20 analysts, create talent roadmap and build forward compatible team. This role requires interaction with Senior business leaders on a regular basis
Soft Skills :
- Experience in leading delivery, client engagement management and deploying solutions
- Excellent people management skills and must have lead teams of 10+ size team for at least 2 years in consumer banking space.
- Consultative mindset and problem solving approach to drive analytical throughput for the team
- Excellent communication skills. Clearly articulate vision in a structured and simpler form.
- Excellent work ethic with a strong sense of accountability and decisiveness
- Ability to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a high sense of urgency
- Ability to manage multi-level engagements across geographies and products
Analytical Skills :
- Proficient in formulating analytical methodologies for complex business problems
- Ability to apply analytical / statistical methodologies to identify value add to the business
- Ability to act as a consultant; challenge status quo and partner with business leaders at strategic level
(Preferred)
- Knowledge of Segmentation, Basic Knowledge of predictive modeling, Decision Tree
- Tools and Platforms
- Proficient in SAS, SQL
- Proficient in MS Office
- (Preferred) - R, Python, Digital tools
Domain Skills :
- Consumer banking - Cards and Retail Bank
- Customer servicing
Educational and Experience:
- Post Graduate in - Computer Science, Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, Econometrics, Management Science and related fields
- 10+ years of consumer banking experience
