Key Skills:

- 3-7 years of hands-on experience in Advanced analytics , dashboard creation, statistical modelling, Machine Learning (ML),

- Hands-on skills in data collections, interpretation and analysis of data, data visualization, creating reports and generating insights

- Implementing statistical and data mining techniques e.g. hypothesis testing, machine learning, and retrieval processes on a large amount of data to identify trends, patterns and other relevant information

- Hands-on experience on advanced analytics concepts and algorithms (e.g. ,Regression analysis Logistic Regression/Decision Tree, Clustering, Random Forest, Time series analysis etc.)

- Bachelors or masters in quantitative disciplines like Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Analytics or Data Science

- Quantitative orientation with focus on delivering business value through analytics

- Good documentation and communication skills. Should be able to effectively communicate with client stakeholders and actively drive consumption of analytics

- High problem-solving skills , High motivation, good work ethic and maturity

Mandatory Skills:

- Dashboard tools - Tableau/ Power BI / Cognos

- Statistical modelling tool - R/ Python/ SPSS/ SAS

- Database Technologies - SQL Server/ MySQL/ Oracle/ PL-SQL

- BI best practices around Dashboards / KPIs / Reporting Architecture / Reporting tool architecture

Preferred knowledge:

- Good understanding of trends in specific healthcare markets, data sources and generally accepted measurement methodologies

- Specialization in one or more subject areas within a healthcare segment like clinical analytics, quality analytics, operational analytics or financial analytics

- Qualified Clinical Practitioner
