Analytics India Magazine - AVP - HR Analytics (8-12 yrs)

Roles and responsibilities :

- Manages HR metrics and data from multiple sources like existing dashboards, employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, competitors practices etc..

- Manage entire gamut of HR Analytics - from recruitment till exit and present data and insights on talent acquisition, talent/career progressions, talent compensation basis external benchmarking, market intelligence etc.

- Analyzes data and statistics for trends related to attrition, recruitment/hiring, employee movement, staffing, budgeting, talent engagement, retention, manpower planning

- Prepare analysis of data, presenting and explaining the findings to leadership with insights

- Identifies and recommends reasonable solutions and benchmarks for improvement in metrics

- Manages and tracks all compensation changes and review periodically

- Trouble shooting any specific business needs related to employee challenges

- Creating and delivering specialized presentations as per requirements

- Building automated dashboards as per business needs, Automation for Global Talent Monitor reports

- Present insights on engagement trends, tracks talent engagement levels, analysis on reward & benefits basis the programs

- Identifies & analyses reason for potential attrition risk basis various attributes

Skill sets required :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in researching and reading data and reports

- Proficient with Microsoft Office

- Analytical mindset and must have good technical skills related to the field of data analytics - Power BI, Python, Data visualization, Advance excel and more..

Key Points:

Strong in PowerBI + Python and Advanced Excel

Automating process, Insights Generation, Decision Making, Data Analytics(HR Data), Dashboards.

Good presentation skills - Powerpoint.

Working on Researched data(salary, experience)

Attrition, Engagement surey, Employee Retention, Manpower Planning.

Shift- 12PM to 9PM
