Roles and Responsibilities:

- Work directly with stakeholders to understand business situation needs and expectations, derived relevant solutions, dashboards and analytical insights.

- developing presentations summarizing essence of complex projects into easy-to-understand messages.

- The role involves blending information from various sources, applying business acumen to it and build valuable insights which can offer ways to improve our business, thus affecting strategic business decisions.

- Develop client relationships and serve as key point of contact for projects.

- Guiding team members in designing, analysing, and executing projects

- Lead the projects of 1-5 associates and Project management.

- Ensure 100% quality on deliverables as per PharmaAi standards. Should be able to monitor accuracy and quality of others- work.

- Should have ability to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.

Required Skills and Experience:

- B-Tech or BE or Bachelors in a quantitative discipline with a minimum of 3-6 years of experience in Healthcare analytics and consulting space

- Expertise in tools: SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBi). Experience on other tools such as R, Python and SAS, would be preferred.

- Profound experience on Claims, Coverage, Affiliations, CoPay and Patient Support programs (Hub) data source

- Possess ability to think analytically, use a systematic and logical approach to analyse data, problems, and situations.

- Experience demonstrating analytical concepts to craft an actionable story for technical and non-technical audiences

- Demonstrable ability to build strong working relationships with business partners and technical colleagues

- Self-starter, ability to work with minimal supervision and ability to work under pressure.

- Energetic and ability to contribute to organization beyond assigned work.

- Ability to manage 1-5 associate from career growth and talent management perspective beyond project delivery.
