Analytics/Data Analytics Role - FinTech (8-16 yrs)
Job Description :
- Develop metrics and frameworks to evaluate the functioning of all parts of - marketing/sourcing, product, underwriting operations, collections, portfolio
- Contribute to credit modeling using Machine learning techniques- variable selection, model formulation/fitting, model performance monitoring
- End to end analytics responsibility : Optimize Costs - Sales operations (through put analysis and deep dive), marketing analytics- channel mix, channel performance etc., Portfolio monitoring, contributing to credit model, evaluation of model, model validation etc.
- Stake holder management
- Productionalize data science models and integrate it with main product
- Improve the through put and drops in analytics streams, improve TAT for analytics platform
- Set up A/B testing platform to have quick iteration of various product models
- Create a highly modular code - data extraction layer, data transformation layer, modeling layer, results streaming layer
Skills :
- Strong python skills to develop production application, knowledge of Django, flask, web apis, SQL
- Hands on SQL, Excel skills Good to have - python skills
- At Core is Business analyst with strong understanding for data science models pertaining to lending
- Experience working in credit modeling divisions of leading lending fintech companies OR on similar lines
- Strong understanding of AWS, redshift and kafka
- Aware of analytics tools related lending such - scorecard hosting, rule engine, workflow tools
