Analytics Consultant -Mumbai

We seek to revolutionize the way political campaigns are run in the country through the usage of cutting edge technology, data analytics, new age media, research and implementation of modern corporate governance practices in the running of party cadres

About the role : Analytics Consultant

You will be closely working with the Senior Management & Project Stakeholders helping them in data driven decision making & execution. Based on your interest level you can define your involvement in the verticals mentioned above with major focus on generating analytics reports & models with key insights. Your key responsibilities will be:

- Analyzing Demographics & Electoral data at all levels (Booth, Constituency, State, etc.) to generate meaningful insights & predictive models around them

- Identify & Understand the KPIs, areas of opportunity, trends of the matrices of the on-going projects & recommend actions to the respective stakeholders to help them drive their projects

- Own the design, development & maintenance of the databases, ongoing matrices, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to ensure effective tracking mechanism

- Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for large scale data analysis, models - development, validation, implementation

In terms of educational background, skills and experience, we expect that:

- You are an undergraduate/postgraduate from a premier institute (IIT, NIT, DU, BITS, NLU, IIM, ISB, TISS, etc.)

- You have 1-4 years of relevant experience in the field Analytics/Data Science, designing & implementing statistical models & reporting systems using automation tools

- Proficiency in Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Macros & coding on VBA

- Statistical tools like: R/SAS, Development technologies like - SQL, Python (Good to have
