Job Description: Deliver Performance Reporting deliverable including but not limited to:
Prepare and support below performance reports for the bank:
- Summary Ratios ( earnings and balance sheet ratios)
- Income Statement Revenues & Expenses ( bank's year to date Report of Income)
- Noninterest Income and Expenses and Yields
- Balance Sheet—Assets, Liabilities and Capital. End-of-period figures to compare asset and liability composition from period to period
- Off-Balance Sheet Items ( Report amounts of commitments, contingencies, contracts and other items reported that are not reported as part of the balance sheet
- Balance Sheet—Percentage Composition of Assets and Liabilities
- Derivatives Analysis
- Analysis of Credit Allowance and Loan Mix (allowance for loan and lease financing receivables losses)
- Analysis of Past-Due, Nonaccrual, and Restructured Loans and Leases
- Interest Rate Risk Analysis
- Liquidity and Funding
- Capital Analysis
- One Quarter Annualized Income Analysis
- Securitization and Asset Sale Activities
- Fiduciary and Related Activities
Additional Responsibilities
- Front end process stabilization initiative post transition
- Instrumental to support processes in transition pipeline
- Mentor the team for process & domain queries
- Explore & propose process improvement opportunities
Experience
- Minimum 1-12yrs of experience in a banking Performance Reporting process.
- Preference to be given to candidates with a BPO experience with reputed banking clients.
- Any experience of transitioning banking Performance Reporting processes from onshore locations will be a plus.
- Intermediate to advance level of knowledge around accountings standards, IFRS and US GAAPs.
- Should have intermediate to advance level of knowledge for accounting principles & practices with ability to pass accounting transactions.
- Any people management experience will be a plus.
