Analyst/Team Leader - ESG Risk Assessment - Credit Rating Firm (1-12 yrs)
Job Description:
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research for the assigned industry portfolio and publish reports and articles
- Review and analyse ESG data sourced through internal and external vendors and recommend ESG rating.
- Independently handle ESG rating assignments and client engagement
- Perform ESG research & publish reports
- Deliver client and investor presentations
- Closely work with the vendor and identify model improvement measures
- Evaluate quality improvement measures in the process
- Manage and monitor a portfolio of companies operating under different industries
- Work closely with product managers, technology group, and other stakeholders
- Risk assessment of companies in the form of continuous monitoring, credit assessment and external/internal rating committee representation
- Ensure seamless delivery of rating/grading reports to the client
- Handle customer grievances received from the customers

Minimum Qualification: B.Com /MBA (Finance) / Masters in Economics
Prior Experience: Minimum 1 yr of ESG/equity research OR credit rating experience in specified areas.
