We are looking for experience professionals in sustainability Strategy domain or into IT strategy , IT Decarbonization domain who are ready to work in Sustainability domain.

At analyst & consultant level : 2 to 8 years (pls see below for more information)

- Creating strategies and initiatives for a global port and terminal operator to reach net-zero climate targets

- Supporting an industrial company to procure renewable electricity

- Preparing market forecasts for low-carbon building technology provider

Experience required for Analyst Level - at least 2.5 years of experience with relevant in IT consulting or sustainability domain.

Consultant : 5 to 7 years of relevant consulting and sustainability domain experience required.

- MBA from a tier 1 institute with a proven track record of academic excellence

- Structured problem solving and sharp analytical skills

- Strong client presence and ability to shape strategic conversations

- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)

- Ability to develop compelling client ready deliverables (MS Power Point, Excel, Word)

- Ability to work effectively alongside high-performing global teams

- We are looking for smart business strategist looking to help our clients pivot to responsible business practices.

- Knowledge of the sustainability space will be a good to have however not mandatory. We are leaning on you to learn on the job.

Sustainability experience ; good to have!

- An understanding of key sustainability topics (such as climate change and circular business models)

- Experience in shaping analytical data models, business cases, transformation roadmaps
