Supply Chain & Finance Analyst (12-19 yrs)

Role Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of Supply Chain and Finance analysts deployed to the Data Foundation teams

- Actively coach and develop the analyst team

- Identify opportunities and lead execution of Supply Chain and Finance data foundation development across Segments

Must have technical skills and experience :

- 3-5 years of people leadership experience

- Experience working across Supply Chain or Finance with solid domain knowledge

- Proven track record of working in cross-functional matrix teams to drive results

- Strong ownership, communication, and presentation skills

- Strong people development skills.

- Recruiting, hiring, recognizing accomplishments, terminating, and delivering actionable feedback to employees.
