Analyst - Strategy - Investor Relations (5-8 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Develop investor confidence and belief in the company's vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value

- Develop a robust investor relations strategy and framework

- Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties

- Manage investor relationships

- Provide insights on market activity and present them to the leadership team

- Analyze and present financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the business

- Evaluate analyze and execute M&A transaction

- Evaluate analyze and execute strategic partnerships for new business growth

- Help prepare the company's Annual Report.

Requirements:

- 5-6 years in new B2B strategy & Investor relations roles.

- Must be able to perform in a high-pressure environment, and be able to meet tight deadlines

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Significant experience in pan-India strategy & operation excellence and Handling successful key projects with a volume, high quality operation excellence is required

- Excellent in skills like New sales strategy, Key account handling and building a long term relationship with the school.

- Ready to travel across the given Territory/ zone.

- Mandate experience with International Banks with I banking arms and International Investment Banks

Qualifications :

- MBA from Tier 1 institute.

- Contributions to the Education industry desirable

- Possesses honesty, integrity, strong work ethic, and team skills

- Strong problem solving and communication abilities; is organized and efficient

- Excited by and open to new ideas and new ways of doing things

- Proven ability to meet deadlines in high-paced work environment

- Proficient with multiple technologies
